Softub Express is a division of Pettis Pools, a family owned and operated business since 1962. In 1994, Pettis Pools began selling Softub® spas, America’s favorite portable hot tub! It’s our favorite too and we won the “Rookie of the Year” Award that very first year! Julie Pettis created the Softub Express division in 2002 after seeing the success the Softubs were having in the Pettis stores. She decided to try the “take it to the streets” campaign, and started selling Softubs at various fairs, festivals and home shows throughout New York State. It was a huge success, and she was able to expand into Florida in 2006.

The division has continued to grow over the years, and we now have the second largest Softub dealership in the United States. Julie Pettis and Dianna Cummings run the dealership for all of New York State and a large part of Florida. We have received high honors year after year for providing exceptional sales and service of the Softub product line.
