About Softub Express

Softub Express is a division of Pettis Pools, a family-owned and operated business since 1962. In 1994, Pettis Pools began selling Softub® spas, America’s favorite portable hot tub. It’s our favorite too, and we won the “Rookie of the Year” Award in our first year! Julie Pettis created the Softub Express division in 2002 after noticing the success of Softubs in the Pettis stores. She decided to launch a “take it to the streets” campaign, selling Softubs at various fairs, festivals, and home shows throughout New York State. This approach was a huge success, allowing her to expand into the entire state of New York, Northern Pennsylvania, and now Northern Ohio.

The division has continued to grow over the years, and we now have one of the largest Softub dealerships in the United States. Julie Pettis and Dianna Cummings run the dealership for all of New York State, Northern PA, and Northern OH. We have received high honors year after year for providing exceptional sales and service for the Softub product line.
