Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of receipt. Orders are not processed or shipped from Friday, 12 pm EST through Sunday, or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If your shipment experiences a significant delay, we will contact you via email or phone.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Shipping options via USPS and UPS will be displayed for you to choose at checkout.

Shipping rates are calculated at the time of checkout based on the size of the item(s), total weight, and shipping destination. You may choose to ship your item(s) via:

USPS: Priority Mail, Priority Mail Express

UPS: Ground, 3 Day Select, Next Day Air

Flat Rate Shipping Softubs, Surrounds, and Umbrellas ship via flat rate.  The charges are as follows: Softubs $500  Surrounds $200  Umbrellas $90  We will contact you regarding the method of shipment prior to shipping.

Shipment to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses

Softub Express ships to addresses within the continental US only.

Shipment Confirmation

You will receive an email confirmation once your online order has been completed.  You will also receive an email if your order is on-hold for any reason.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Softub Express is not responsible for any customs or duties.  Taxes will be charged as required.
